The intestines of an adult blue whale are approximately 200 meters in length. One wonders what all that tube is for! Enough to cope with the baby whale failing out of whale school to become a blubbering musician? Enough to swallow the eternal destruction of youth by the waves of time? How long do dense words last in there, anyway, before they rot into hardened waste? Much advice is digested in exactly this way. Again and again erring into the same stories, producing the same soft gasping noises, dripping tears of the same salinity. We all are whales, really, except our bodies do not excuse our deafness.
